Trade supply, in the UK and abroad
We supply wheelchairs, powerchairs, mobility scooters, rollators, riser recliners and accessories to trade buyers, companies and organisations, in the UK and overseas. Email us and we will send our catalogue with trade prices.
Who we work with
- Hospitals
- Equipment for wards, clinics and outpatient departments, where your equipment and infection prevention colleagues will want the manufacturer's documents before anything is ordered.
- Clinics and therapy practices
- Physiotherapy and occupational therapy practices choosing equipment for their own clients. We give you the manufacturer's specifications and leave the judgement about suitability with you.
- Care homes and hospices
- Chairs that staff push and clean between residents, where the cleaning instructions and the maintenance schedule matter as much as the seat size.
- Retailers and distributors
- Medical supply companies, mobility shops and distributors buying in quantity for resale.
- Hire companies and loan schemes
- Equipment that goes out to one person after another, so the instructions for use and the maintenance schedule need to go out with it every time.
- Buyers outside the UK
- Companies, clinics, care providers and organisations abroad. Tell us your country and we will confirm what we can supply there and how it would reach you.
What trade buyers get
We source our range from UK suppliers. Most of what a buyer needs to check comes from the manufacturer's own documents, so our job is to get those and pass them on.
Our catalogue, with trade prices
Email us and we will send our current catalogue with trade prices. For larger orders we quote in writing, listing each model, the quantity and whether the price includes VAT.
The manufacturer's documents
Ask for the instructions for use, the cleaning instructions, the declaration of conformity where there is one, and the warranty, spares and repair arrangements for any model, and we will send what the manufacturer provides.
Clear specifications
We give the manufacturer's stated intended use, maximum user weight, seat sizes, overall and folded width and weight, with the battery type and stated range for powered equipment. Where a manufacturer gives no figure, we say so rather than estimate it.
Who made it, and how it is marked
We name the manufacturer and say how each model is marked for Great Britain. Rules differ in other countries, so buyers abroad should confirm what their own market requires before ordering.
How trade orders work
Step 1
Email us for the catalogue
Tell us who you are, which country you are in and what you are looking for, and we will send the catalogue with trade prices. We never need details about the people who will use the equipment.
Step 2
We confirm what fits
Tell us the setting, the numbers and any seat widths or user weights you need to cover, and we will confirm which models fit, with their specifications. If nothing we have fits, we will say so.
Step 3
You check, then we quote
Your colleagues can read the documents before you commit, and we then quote for the whole order in writing. If you buy by purchase order, tell us what you need to see on the quotation and the invoice.
Step 4
Delivery, in the UK or abroad
We agree delivery order by order, including to addresses outside the UK, and confirm what is possible and what it costs before you commit.
VAT
Most organisations in the UK pay VAT as normal: the relief on our VAT relief page is for disabled people buying eligible goods for their own use. Some charity purchases can be zero rated, with conditions. Goods sent outside the UK are usually treated differently, and import duties or taxes may apply in your country. We confirm the VAT position on every quotation.
Questions buyers ask
- Can we see your prices?
- Yes. Email us and we will send our catalogue with trade prices. Prices for larger orders are confirmed on a written quotation.
- Do you supply outside the UK?
- Yes. We work with trade buyers and organisations abroad. Tell us your country when you email, and we will confirm what we can supply there, how it would be delivered and what paperwork comes with it.
- Are you on an NHS Supply Chain framework?
- No. If your organisation has to buy through a framework, we will not be the right route for that purchase.
- How do we pay?
- Tell us how your organisation pays when you email, including if you only pay against a purchase order, and we will say what we can do.
- Do you service or repair equipment?
- No. We have no workshop of our own. We pass on the manufacturer's warranty, spares and repair arrangements for each model.

- When you need it
- Whether you need a written quotation, or buy by purchase order
