Stop using the affected equipment when safe to do so and contact the supplier or manufacturer using the details provided with it. Keep the model and serial number, purchase details and a description of the issue. For immediate danger or serious injury, use the emergency services.

In the UK, suspected medical-device incidents can be reported through the MHRA Yellow Card scheme. If something you bought from us causes concern, email us with the model and, if you have it, the serial number.
