Please note
Delivery is free on orders over £40. Lead times and any collection costs depend on the model and the address, so we confirm them on your quotation before you commit.
Delivery that fits the product
A wheelchair, scooter or riser recliner may need more than a doorstep delivery. Before ordering, check access restrictions, packaging dimensions and whether assembly, demonstration or handover is included. These details will be confirmed for each model.
Changing your mind
For most online purchases, you have 14 days after receiving the goods to tell the seller you wish to cancel, then another 14 days to return them. Some statutory exceptions apply, for example genuinely personalised goods. Choosing a standard option does not automatically make a product personalised.
Refunds and return costs
The statutory refund includes the cost of standard outbound delivery. A seller can usually wait until the goods or evidence of return are received. Any customer-paid return costs must be disclosed before purchase, including an estimate for goods that cannot normally be returned by post. A deduction may apply for handling beyond what is needed to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning.
If something is faulty
Your statutory rights are separate from change-of-mind returns and any manufacturer warranty. Faulty, misdescribed or unfit goods may entitle you to a remedy, including the short-term right to reject qualifying faulty goods within 30 days.
No blanket hygiene exclusion
Wheelchairs are not automatically excluded from cancellation rights. Any exception needs a valid legal basis for the particular goods.
